There is one. Done by User "Moon" from "Forum 64". You can find it here: http://www.lust-auf-nostalgie.de/thelos ... m#longplay (click on download - Afaik done on Vice 2.1, but works with my recent Vice (2.3) perfectly, too). Of course this solution is not the same as mine. But in some case it seems be better. Means, some Caves have an easier solution than i think.

Thanks for the link Video solutions are nice, but too much traffic for me Fast forwarding in Warp mode is a bit uncomfortable but reasonable.

I don't think that there occure compatibility problems concerning the history files and snapshots anymore since version 2.0 of Vice.
